Webcam checking - it should not be blocked in settings

Step 1 : Open Google Chrome and click upon Three dots on the top right corner.

Step 2 : Click on Settings.

Step 3 : Click on Site Settings.

Step 4 : Click on Camera.

Step 5 : Turn on the option.

Step 6 : Now the Webcam is unblocked.
